Yoga by Ranya Mindfulness in the office is a combination of meditation, breath work (or pranayama) and chair yoga to help refocus the mind and feel refreshed and energized.

The 30-minute sessions:

  • Fit nicely into the busiest of business schedules and are ideal for office environments

  • Designed — for individual executives or for entire teams

  • Do not require anyone to change into yoga clothes
