Yoga by Ranya Mindfulness in the office is a combination of meditation, breath work (or pranayama) and chair yoga to help refocus the mind and feel refreshed and energized. The thirty minute session is easy and accessible to all. There is no need to change into yoga clothes and the thirty minute session fits into a busy schedule.
